Skip has spent the last 25 years between management consulting and global enterprise sales leadership in retail, manufacturing and consumer goods. Skip has a profound technology and innovation background and a passion for driving business transformation with extensive international sales, marketing and M&A experience.
Skip has managed all aspects of fast-paced, private and publicly held technology organizations while actively advising client executives in their growth strategy as well as pre and post-merger integration best practices. Serving in leadership roles for two successful pre-IPO start-ups along with senior leadership positions at JDA and Oracle Software, King founded the Alchemy Group in 2002 to provide an integrated approach for Go-To-Market planning and execution for enterprise technology organizations. Today Skip serves at the Global Account Director for SAP headquartered out of Walldorf, Germany.
Skip has been married for 38 years to his wife Cindy and has two grown children and two grandchildren. Skip and Cindy have lived in Lake Tahoe, NV, Marietta, Ga and in 2019 moved to Senoia, Ga. Both Skip and Cindy are board members of the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art and served as Co-chairpersons for the Cobb Landmarks and Historical Society. During their tenure at CLHS, several historically relevant homes, out structures, cabins and cemeteries were restored, permanently protected and/or preserved.
