Places in Peril

The Senoia Area Historical Society presents "Places in Peril: Georgia's Most Endangered Historic Places" on Thursday, August 14, 2025. The speaker will be W. Wright Mitchell, President and CEO of The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. He will discuss the Georgia Trust program that raises awareness about Georgia's threatened historic resources, including buildings, structures, districts, and cultural landscapes.

The event will take place at the Senoia Area Historical Society & Museum, located at 6 Couch Street in Senoia, GA. Doors open at 6:30 PM for light refreshments, and the program begins at 7:00 PM. Admission is free for SAHS members, and guests are encouraged to donate $5.00 per person.
