Digital Transformation & Archive Preservation
Join Vice President & IT Administrator Jeremy Warren and Museum Director Cat Nolan for a deep dive into the technology powering the Senoia Area Historical Society in 2026. We will be presenting on our flagship project to modernize our archives and digital infrastructure.
- Archive Digitization: Bringing Senoia's physical records into a high-speed, AI-powered digital archive for better preservation and public accessibility.
- Unified Digital Footprint: Leveraging Google Cloud and Firebase to centralize SAHS digital assets and optimize our productivity through the Google for Nonprofits program.
- Website Migration: Moving our public-facing site from Webflow to a custom, high-performance Firebase/GCP stack.
- Vision for the Future: Ensuring institutional data ownership and long-term sustainability for our local heritage through modern security practices like OIDC deployment and automated CI/CD.
Doors open at 6:30 PM. The program begins at 7:00 PM. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.
